About Maryland Green Power and the Power of Being Green
The author, Dennis Meizys is a graduate of Rutgers University College of Engineering with a B.S. in electrical engineering, date withheld.
Now working for Maryland Green Power Co. with a focus on making businesses more profitable through responsible use of energy and natural resources, he applies over 15 years of experience in power engineering, project management, field sales, and applications engineering in finding creative, outside-the-box solutions for his clients.
Each project undertaken must result in lower costs, and thus higher profitability for the client, good stewardship of Earth’s finite natural resources, and a positive contribution to the economy. If any of these conditions are not met, then we will not undertake the project.
The periodic posts to this blog are sometimes commercial, and other times just opinions meant to shock the reader out of the conventional way of thinking about economics, design, public policy, etc. Frequently, we will post external resources, such as links to forms to get tax credits or grants for green projects, or we will link to a new invention described on other blogs or websites which might be of interest to our readers.
We welcome and publish almost all comments, but please be respectful to us and our readers. Occasionally, we will publish contributions from other authors. Please feel free to comment with trackbacks to your blog.
